1. Analysis and Planning
Technical drawings are examined in detail, raw material requirements are determined, and manufacturing routes are prepared.
2. Raw Material Supply
High-quality raw materials suitable for precision standards are supplied and accepted after input quality control.
3. Precision Manufacturing
Manufacturing is carried out flawlessly with completely CAM-supported programs on our CNC workbenches.
4. Quality Control
The produced parts are measured with CMM and optical measurement devices. Defective items are never shipped.
5. Packaging & Delivery
The approved parts are covered with anti-rust packages and delivered safely on wooden pallets.
